ANTIOCH, CA. — The Antioch City Council will discuss issuing temporary cannabis events on public property at their meeting today, January 11th.

The agenda item for discussion is a proposed Amendment to the Antioch Municipal Code Adding Section 95.3838, which pertains to temporary cannabis events on public property, according to the agenda. If authorized, the change might result in more money by allowing Antioch licensed cannabis firms to host temporary cannabis events tied to retail sales. Read the agenda here
